Our FOB port is: Shen zhen, Ning Bo or Hong Kong.
Does your glasses frames could be used for different lens?
Yes, they can.
Can you print my logo or artworks on the paper glasses?
Yes, we can.
How long of your sample time with custom prints?
Usually, it will take about 10-15 days after receipt sample cost and printing artworks.
What should i pay attention when making printing artworks?
For paper glasses design, pls make your artworks beyond the template edge 2~3mm. Because when cutting paper frame, there will be little error, if not beyond edge, then will destroy the artworks.
What is your payment terms?
1.) For big amounts, we only accept T/T payment;
2.) For small amounts, such as: sample delivery cost, pls pay to our Paypal account;
How to get your samples?
Pls follow the steps to get our samples:
1.) Tell us your company name, detailed address, postal code no., Tel no. and receipt name?
2.) Inform us your 9 digits DHL account no.for freight charges recollect;
3.) If you do not have DHL account, then contact your local courier, and ask them to collect samples from us directly;
4.) Or pay delivery cost into our Paypal account, and we will help you to pay from our side;
In my first contact, what messages do you need from me?
Pls inform us the following messages:
1.) Your company name, address, postal code No., Tel No., Mobile No., and homepage?
2.) The model No. you would like, and your order quantity?
3.) Your packing requirement?
4.) Delivered by vessel, airplane or courier?
5.) Your nearest international seaport or airport name?
